One of my favorite aspects of doing hair is connecting with you all, my clients. For me it’s an important aspect of the haircut service because the better I “get” you, the better I can serve you. I like encouraging clients to embrace their natural texture while also offering simple tips on how to enhance your look. Sense’s bright, intimate, beautiful space is a great facilitator for this process.

After many years and many moves, I've found myself back in DC again! I have spent over 15 years working on different hair textures and types in several US cities, the one thing I love most is the creative process involved in designing something perfectly suited to each client. I'm an artist first and my passion for the hair industry has been a wonderful compliment to my skills.

I use my thoughtful and measured approach to view all things hair related with a detailed eye. While I am learning traditional cutting and styling techniques in advanced education courses, I do offer an expert blowout or smoothing treatment in the meantime!
